Jennifer Carroll, Owner/Operator is an Ontario Qualified Arborist, Internationally certified Arborist (ON-1897A), and ISA Certified Tree Risk Assessor. Jennifer has been working in the Industry for over 15 years with a Humber College Arboriculture Program Certificate and a Fleming College diploma in Ecosystems Management and a Certificate in Environment and Natural Resource Studies.

For over a decade, she competed in the Ontario Tree climbing competitions, and brought home medals from the International level. She continues to be one of the leading female arborists in Ontario.

She opened Tree Effects in 2016 and kept it small to best manage a healthy work-life balance.

The Team at Tree Effects is small, but effective. With a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals, and a very clear means of communication and understanding between each other, we are able to work efficiently and safely to get the job done!
